Very organized with good networking opportunities
The team behind the conference put on a highly organized event and the agenda contained some useful content and opportunities for networking. As we had a trade stand, our objective was to get as many people to come to visit us as possible. This was a bit challenging as the trade stand room was separate to the rest of the conference so attendees had to actively want to go into the room (although having the tea break area in the same room helped). Ideally, it would be great if the trade stands were in an area where people could not miss them (such as in 2017). The panel session wasn't productive as hardly anybody attended so this is an area which would be improved for the next event. We really enjoyed the event though, the showcase was great and we obtained a lot of good leads from having a trade stand.

exelent weekend
A very informative conference with so many helpful people with every thing you need to know.
we were well looked after and feed. The exhibiters were all good but I think it could be good to have on display some of the larger products eg the glamping and some more samples are always good to take back to show what we want to use at our next years festivals to colleagues and financers.
Over all had a very productive weekend.
