Akala does not fail to deliver; a fusion of creativity; intelligence, truth, history, his lyrics are pure poetry delivered with a skill few have mastered as well as Akala, his music contains beats and melodies that reach the soul, and now we add visual art to his live shows in the form of graphic novels and video clips - all together, Akala takes the audience on a journey that is unforgettable, passionate, and downright kick-ass! One of the BEST artists I have EVER seen live by far. The whole set flowed perfectly, it told a story, it entertained, it opened minds, it opened hearts, it united and it left me feeling really, really good inside. Like I've just witnessed history in the making. Akala, 10 out of 10, one of the best artists to come out of the UK in a long time.
