Additional information

Two major voices in the new generation of Portuguese fado singers join forces for their UK debut live show at Union Chapel.

António Zambujo is one of the biggest names in Portuguese music, having embarked on a near non-stop world tour. Schooled in the poetic tradition of Brazilian singer-songwriting greats such as Rodrigo Maranhão and Chico Buarque, he earned a Latin GRAMMY nomination.

Miguel Araújo is known for composing some of the biggest Portuguese hits, and writing for some of the most prominent Portuguese performers, such as Ana Moura, Carminho, Raquel Tavares and Ana Bacalhau.

After selling out the biggest venues in Portugal, they are venturing onto international stages for the first time together, sharing songs from their respective repertoires with their voices and guitars.
