Good performance, terrible venue
The solo show from Damien was great and we enjoyed it - but the venue wasn't up to scratch. They kept the lights on the whole time (until the encore where they finally got it right). Resulting in a show where you were very conscious of the audience and that you were in a church. You could also hear all the sounds of the bar and outdoor street/sirens. Really keeps you from sinking into the music. Would watch him again, but not here.
