Classic rock from classic bands.
Wembley stadium as a venue is excellent. From leaving the stadium to getting to Kings Cross station via Wembley Park underground took and hour and 5 minutes, which considering the size of the crowd is very reasonable.
My seat which was directly in front of the stage but in the seating area around the pitch was excellent, but as the support band Mammoth WVH went on at 5.15pm meant that I had the sun in my eyes so a cap was useful.
Obviously the size of the stadium, necessary for the main bands of Motley Crue and Def Leppard, means that without the large/mega screens then you can hardly spot the real performers, however for this show I thought the sound quality and performance and setlists of both headliners was excellent.
You certainly go for the experience and the sound.
Its a shame that you still get people who act badly and disrespectfully, with drink taking its part and giving some drunken idiots who cannot behave properly. And it is possible to sit and enjoy the main part of the show, and not stand and ruin it for the people who cannot stand, so there has to be consideration from all of us as concert goers.
