Jon Spencer has been an influential and innovative force in the independent music scene since the mid-80s. An acclaimed live performer, he has toured all the continents except Antarctica and has released over 25 albums. 

 

Jon is the creator of fierce punk-influenced music that encompasses everything from American roots styles such as Hill-Country Blues and Rockabilly to Industrial Noise and Hip-Hop.  

 

He has led the bands Pussy Galore, The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Heavy Trash, and Jon Spencer & the HITmakers as well as played in Boss Hog, The Honeymoon Killers, The Gibson Brothers, and Taxi Girls. 

 

Jon has played and/or collaborated with Steve Albini, Add N To X, Nicole Atkins, Beastie Boys, Beck, Black Devil Disco Club, Bomb The Bass, R.L. Event terms & conditions

To gain entry, customers will have to show their Covid status in one of the three following ways: 

 

  1. Proof of negative lateral flow test. Test must be taken within 24 hours prior to attending the event. 
  2. Proof of full vaccination. Second dose to be received 14 days prior to the event. 
  3. Proof of immunity due to positive PCR test within last 180 days. 10 day isolation must be completed.

 

A Covid pass can be obtained via the NHS App to confirm any of the above. 

 

We will also accept an NHS text or email confirmation of a negative lateral flow test. 

 

Do not bring home test strips or vaccine cards to the venue – neither of these are accepted as proof of Covid status.

 

Audiences will need to demonstrate their COVID-19 status by providing either proof of a negative NHS Rapid Lateral Flow Test taken within 24 hours of attending, proof of full vaccination (both doses (with the second at least 14 days prior to arrival at venue)) or proof of natural immunity based on a positive PCR Test within 180 days of arrival at the venue (and after the 10 day self isolation period following the result). You believe you may be infected with COVID19

Have experienced symptoms in the last 10 days

Been in close proximity to anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last 10 days

Have arrived in England in the last 10 days from a country where UK quarantine restrictions apply

Have been instructed to self isolate.
