Unforgettable experience
Ant Middletons Mind Over Muscle Festival in Deal, Kent was the most amazing day and would love it to come to Sydney Australia like so many other people. Definitely going next year if it means another 23hr flight over the pond to the UK 🇬🇧 I couldn't participate which I was very disappointed but was able to watch the activities which were all phenomenal.

The best day of my life
The festival was amazing! Had the chance to meet Ant, take pictures and speak with him. The sickener were absolutely awesome. Loved the First man in, gel masters, Boonies, self defense,… Great organisation. Thank you for the best day of my life.
