Indie-rock songwriter Sophia Allison is better known to the world as Soccer Mommy. In 2022, they dropped their third LP Sometimes, Forever which critics called her most ambitious album yet. Produced by Daniel Lopatin of Oneohtrix Point Never, her sophisticated style and dramatic lyrics saw her top the US Heatseekers chart.

The riot-grrrl inspired three-piece are on tour in October

Punk-rock trio Dream Wife formed in Brighton in 2016 and quickly caught the attention of critics for their ferocious sound and wild onstage antics. Their second record So When You Gonna... broke the Top 20 thanks to singles "Sports!" and “Hasta la Vista".

The three-piece have recently dropped a cover of t.A.T.u's 2002 hit single, "All The Things She Said" and play headline shows in October.

Bikini Kill

The original riot grrrls are back!

Led by the indomitable Kathleen Hanna, Bikini Kill burst out of Olympia, Washington at the start of the 90s. Their fusion of abrasive DIY punk-rock and challenging feminist lyrics as heard on the albums Pussy Whipped and Reject All American kickstarted the riot-grrrl movement.

Barnsley-born rapper and singer Delilah Bon (AKA Lauren Tate) is the lead singer of the grunge band Hands Off Gretel. She released her eponymous solo debut album in 2021 on her very own Trash Queen Records label and was shortlisted for Best UK Breakthrough Artist at the Heavy Music Awards 2023.

Bambie Thug (AKA Bambie Ray Robinson) is the pioneer of their unique ouija-pop sound. Following their appearance at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 where they represented Ireland with the song "Doomsday Blue", they now head to the UK for a tour which sees them play dates in Brighton, Manchester and London.

The LGBTQIA+ activist and stalwart punk-rocker hits the road once again

Punk-rock veteran Tom Robinson formed the Tom Robinson Band amidst the political turmoil and social strife of the late 70s. They are best known for their hit singles “2-4-6-8 Motorway” and "Glad to Be Gay" which broke the Top 20 despite an airwave ban by BBC Radio 1.

The popular comedian adds an extra headline date

She created the Secret Dinosaur Cult podcast with Jodie Mitchell and co-hosts the true-crime podcast on BBC Radio 4 Bad People..

Spanish-British drag performer Choriza May was a finalist on Drag Idol Newcastle before competing in the third series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK. She has now been appointed to the judges panel for Drag Idol UK and appeared as a guest judge on the second season of Drag Race España.

Choriza May is also an electropop star, releasing such cheeky singles as "My Pussy is Like a Peach", "Feeling Fruity" and "Party In Hell". She hits the road in September for The Choriza May Show.

Myra Dubois
