There is only one Morrissey. Having become an indie icon as the singer of The Smiths to now becoming a highly successful solo act, he commands the loyal following of dedicated fans all around the world with his wry lyrics depicting kitchen sink dramas and snapshots of working-class life.

Following on from the release of his latest album ‘Low In High School’ last year, he has just announced his intention to return to his Manchester homeland to play two nights at Castlefield Bowl in July.

Jack White is the ultimate guitar hero having risen to the fore with cult two-piece The White Stripes and working in such different guises as The Raconteurs, The Dead Weather and now as a solo artist. This year has seen the release of his latest album ‘Boarding House Reach’ which he promotes with newly announced gigs at Brighton Centre and O2 Academy Birmingham.

Tramlines

Every year, Tramlines is the biggest music event in Sheffield which unites huge world class acts with some of the most exciting cutting-edge acts. This year, the headliners are Stereophonics, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds and Craig David’s TS5 with Blossoms, De La Soul and Jake Bugg also included in the incredible roster.
