The prog-metal greats head to the UK for The Origins Tour Part II
Multi Grammy-winning Washington band Queensrÿche are leaders of the progressive metal movement and are part of the “Big Three” alongside Dream Theater and Fates Warning. Their mind-blowing 1988 album Operation: Mindcrime is recognised as one of the greatest heavy metal concept albums of all time and they have sold more than 20 million records worldwide.
In 2022, the band unleashed their latest LP Digital Noise Alliance. Their sixteenth studio album saw the experimental metal band continue to expand their sound, pushing through sonic barriers and continuing to prove their greatness.
Queensrÿche have just announced a major UK headline date at Electric Brixton for The Origins Tour Part II, performing songs from the EP and The Warning in their entirety. Support comes from Night Demon, adding to a mighty night of crushing riffs and intense walls of sound.

Personal Trainer
Hear tracks from the new album Still Willing played live
Dutch indie-rockers Personal Trainer are led by songwriter Willem Smit. The critically acclaimed Amsterdam act became festival favourites, appearing at Eurosonic Noorderslag, Down the Rabbit Hole and Best Kept Secret before releasing their impressive debut LP Big Love Blanket.
The group have just dropped their new single “Cyan”. It’s the latest taste of their upcoming album Still Willing which is their first full length record on Bella Union released next month. Personal Trainer show off their new material when they kick off their tour in February.

Panchiko
The cult internet phenomenon reaches audiences IRL
The story of indie-rock outfit Panchiko is the stuff of myth and legend. A mysterious demo CD titled D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L and dated 2000 found at an Oxfam was uploaded to 4chan, with the poster desperate to discover who the enigmatic band was. This triggered a massive search by the community, eventually tracking down the long-since disbanded Nottingham group.
Suddenly thrust into the limelight, Panchiko have reunited following their renaissance and released their debut full-length album Failed at Math(s) last year. See the resurrected band play headline shows in 2025.

Michael Monroe
See the legendary rocker perform live later this year
Finnish hard-rock superstar Michael Monroe rose to fame as singer and saxophonist for glam-punk icons Hanoi Rocks. The group would sell over 1,000,000 records, achieving global fame and setting the template for outrageous 80s rock. Monroe later fronted Jerusalem Slim with guitar hero Steve Stevens plus Demolition 23 also including Hanoi Rocks bassist Sami Yaffa.
Monroe‘s solo career followed the initial implosion of Hanoi Rocks. He has released eleven studio albums including his first title Nights Are So Long (1987) and his latest offering I Live Too Fast to Die Young! (2022). The party punk tearaways hit the road once again
Gleefully sleazy, London-based post-punks Warmduscher draw on disco rhythms, deconstructed hip-hop and filthy beats. Formed in 2014, the supergroup is an amalgamation of members of Fat White Family and Paranoid London, teaming up with the likes of Soulwax and Hot Chip on various projects.
