North Shields born songwriter Sam Fender shot to fame with the release of first album Hypersonic Missiles which rocketed straight to the top of the charts, hitting Number 1 and marking him as THE bright young British star on the scene.
Fender returned with second offering Seventeen Going Under late last year, which again saw the songwriter hit top place in the album charts. The following months would see him garnished with such illustrious trophies as the Ivor Novello Award for the title track, plus he was named Best British Alternative/Rock Act at the 2022 BRIT Awards.
