Tramlines have confirmed that in 2022 the festival will be headlined by Sam Fender, Kasabian and Madness. Joining them on the bill include The Vaccines, James, Sigrid, The Wombats, Becky Hill, Declan Mckenna plus Sheffield’s finest: Reverend and the Makers, Little Man Tate and Self Esteem.
What better way to celebrate this epic line up then taking a quick look at our headliners and what’s in store for you in July at Hillsborough Park.
Sam Fender
The bold voice of a new generation; North Shields born Sam Fender is the indie inflected songwriter who doesn’t shy away from making a statement. Having already reached the top of the charts with his acclaimed debut album Hypersonic Missiles, he hit Number 1 again last month with second LP Seventeen Going Under.
Kasabian
Leicester lads Kasabian have remained British rock n’ roll royalty ever since they burst onto the scene in the mid 00’s bringing with them a mighty collection of bangers and anthems including “Fire”, “Club Foot”, “Shoot The Runner” and “Empire”. With a new LP waiting in the wings, we can expect big things once again as they take over the Tramlines main stage.
Madness
Led by Suggs, Two Tone legends Madness are a guaranteed good time and Sheffield will soon be skanking once again to such mighty ska songs as "Baggy Trousers", "Driving in My Car", "Our House", "House of Fun" and many more. Grab your ticket for Tramlines HERE!
