A lovely mothers day treat
Newstead Abbey was a lovely historical place to visit. The staff were lovely and helpful and everything was well kept, clean and tidy. We had a special Mother's Day afternoon tea which was held in the upstairs seated area. It all looked lovely with white linens and quaint china. The food was really tasty and fresh with ample quantities of tea and coffee to accompany it. The service was excellent too. All in all a very special Mother's Day from start to finish and I would wholeheartedly recommend visiting here.
