Important information

We have implemented a ticketing system to visit the P.Louise Empire. You must purchase a ticket below to visit. We have had to implement this system to prevent long queues and disappointment.

We are allowing walk-ins, however queues could be as long as 3 hours so we suggest securing a slot to avoid disappointment as you may be turned away if we are at full capacity.

There are two different tickets available, an indoor experience or the option to just visit the shop.

The ticket gives you access to 90 minutes inside the empire.

Please arrive 20 minutes before your ticket slot. If you arrive later than your allocated slot, the time still expires at the same time.

If you booked a Pinkmas ticket you will need to purchase an entry to go inside the empire due to crowd control - there is a shopping experience outside to accommodate for Pinkmas.
