How to buy accessible tickets through Newcastle United for one of the above dates if you aren’t currently registered as disabled with Newcastle United.
Step 1 – Go to book.newcastleunited.com and create an online ticketing account. Instructions for this can be found here. This can be done ahead of your designated sales window.
Step 2 – Email disabilitysupport@nufc.co.uk with your newly created supporter ID, your disability documentation and your presale code or screenshot evidence of your O2 priority. This can be done ahead of your designated sales window.
Step 3 – Newcastle United Box Office will then update your account permissions and email you back to confirm you are now able to purchase tickets. If you require a personal assistant, you will be emailed over a form that needs to be completed by the 31st January 2025. You don’t have to have this completed straight away to secure a personal assistant ticket.
Step 4 – You can now book your tickets for the concert on book.newcastleunited.com or telephone 03443721892.
Step 5 – Ensure personal assistant documentation is submitted to disabilitysupport@nufc.co.uk before the 31st January 2025.
