I learnt so much
Having lived in Nottingham all of my life and visited Wollaton Park so many many times, I can honestly say that I never realised that the garden was there.
The area is massive and buildings are being restored. Volunteers are growing vegetables and planting flower beds. What a project.
I'll be returning to view the garden again when the flowers are at their best. The donation of £5 is well worth the tour and Information given. I just wish I had time to volunteer.

Amazing hidden gem
Really interesting tour,amazing what lies hidden behind those walls.Wonderful tour guide very passionate about the gardens.Allow more time than stated ours took 1 and half hours.Great to see the gardens in the summer full of flowers and produce.Well worth the long wait to get on a tour.Make sure you look into it months before you want to go because it is a small group and very popular.
