Lots of fun but expensive
I brought two children with me for 2 hours to the spring escape. It was a lot of fun but I found the website confusing to book. It looked like it had to be booked by the hour so I booked 3 of us for 12pm and again for 1pm. It was explained that once you book at 12, you have all day there. I didnt realise this from the website booking. I also think that £4 (£1 per token) a ride for a child's fairground ride is quite expensive. Other fairs we have been to have been £2/£2.50 a ride. This meant we had to leave earlier because it was too expensive. Also £5 for a cheeseburger is quite steep when you literally outside a food court which has mcds and others in there. Other than the expense, the rides were great. Also, I would say that a couple of your staff members were quite rude and grumpy. A few literally pushed past us to get into the barriers to start the job. They pushed my daughter out of the way without saying excuse me or explaining that they weren't just queue jumping, but going to work. Again, if it wasn't quite as expensive, I would recommend or revisit but not at these current prices

More big rides needed
The event is very good for families & friends .In my opinion it lacks big rides as my child is an adrenaline junkie .We would have spent more time in the spring escape if there was more big rides .
