About Stoned Jesus

Formed in Kyiv in 2009 by Igor Sydorenko, Stoned Jesus quickly transcended their cheeky moniker to become one of the most innovative bands in the European psychedelic rock scene. Their second album, Seven Thunders Road, blended doom, prog, and grunge in a unique and compelling way. The album’s standout track, “I’m the Mountain,” a 13-minute epic, has garnered over 15 million plays on YouTube, cementing the band’s reputation.

With their third album, The Harvest, Stoned Jesus continued to push musical boundaries, blending influences from Mastodon, Porcupine Tree, and Soundgarden, while expanding their sound with elements of Swans, The Cure, King Crimson, and Deftones. Known for their electrifying live shows, the band’s relentless touring helped them rapidly grow their fanbase across Europe. Stoned Jesus remains a driving force in the psychedelic rock scene, constantly evolving and challenging their sound while staying true to their progressive roots.
