The Magpie Salute Tickets

The Magpie Salute channels blues and southern rock. Led by former guitarist of The Black Crowes Rich Robinson, he shares vocals with Marc Ford who is also a guitarist from his former band as is bassist Sven Pipien, with Joe Magistro on drums, John Hogg playing percussion and Matt Slocum on keys.

This year sees the release of their exciting new album High Water I which they take out on the road at the end of the year. Catch them on their winter tour when they play Manchester Academy 2, Foundry at Sheffield, Portsmouth Pyramid Centre and Electric Ballroom in London during December 2018.

Formed in the latter months of 2016, Robinson recruited a number of his former band members for The Magpie Salute before hitting the stage in January of 2017. Billed to play just three shows, they had a fourth added due to popular demand. Somehow they found the time to release an eponymously titled album in a year which also saw them play around Europe and a further 60 dates in the US.

This year, The Magpie Salute have released their highly acclaimed second album High Water I and they are eager to play the new material in front of live audiences.
