Not as good as last year.
Great friendly event in a lovely location. Huge selection of beers - last year there was more variety rather than being Thornbridge with the odd one from other breweries. This year it became a Thornbridge festival, which was a shame.
The event needs more live music to make it more festival-like. There was more last year and it felt a bit dead as a result of there being very little this year. The occasional band with big gaps in between, but what there was was great. It was essentially just an outdoor weekend beer festival - which is great, but it's marketed as more and could be much more with that extra bit of atmosphere. Help detract from the dogs a bit :-)
Had a great time meeting up with friends - and listening to Emma Harrison (or Lady Thornbridge or whatever she went round calling herself to the unaware) and her tall tales about her life (absolutely not as David Cameron's former advisor, etc etc...)... It was just disappointing in comparison to the previous year's event.

excellent fun, good beer, great music
Really enjoyed the whole experience ....The acts were good, atmosphere relaxed, beer good but the food was on the pricey side for what was being offered but we did eat pizza all the same.
