Great gig
A really good band, lots of energy pumping out the songs.
Not so sure about the piano solo in the middle, a bit out of step, but overall a great night.
Sticky Mikes Frog bar is a bit sticky actually, but a good small venue.

Toseland, Sticky Mike's Frog Bar, Brighton - 4th April 2017
Belting night.
Just wanted to say how good Toseland were. The night kicked off with Black Rose Cadilac a band from the midlands, they played proper quality rock with energy and enthusiasm.
James Toseland the ex world superbike champion and his band have a following of fans from his racing days but their music would appeal to most rock fans. The band on the night were suffering with flu and made apologies, it didn't hamper their performance. James Toseland is a accomplished musician and song writer and his band all play with presence and flair. The audience was in a lively mood and from beginning to end we were nodding along or shaking a shaggy mane. This was my first experience of Toseland and am not familiar with individual songs, they play old fashioned blood and thunder rock with a bit of 80s sing along anthem thrown in. James himself comes across as a thoroughly decent bloke and took time out to greet individuals he recognised from previous giggs. I would say it was a blinding night we were royally entertained by a band with a passion and an appetite for preforming. I will definitely be back next time the lads are in town.
